We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very nice, nestled in the mountains of North Italy, offering amazing panoramas. We enjoyed hiking trips of varying difficulty levels right from the hotel. The staff treated us well, making our stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. We highly recommend trying the half-board option as the dinners were abundant and unique. the hotel offered various massages and treatments, and we were particularly impressed with the fire treatment we tried.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The service was top-notch, and we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink upon our arrival. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. Spent Christmas here and the surroundings were picturesque, truly a sight to behold. Great location for hikes of varying difficulty levels. Half-board was worth it, dinners were abundant and unique. the fire treatment was amazing, there are great massage services too.
The rooms were small and not as clean as expected. the staff was not as friendly as the other guests made them out to be.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food served here is delicious and abundant, making it worth paying extra for half board.
The hotel is quite pricey compared to other options in the area. while the hotel staff is great, some of the facilities could use some updating.
